You must be:

- – An Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
- – Earning $25,000 before tax or more per year and be employed or self employed
- – Have a current Drivers Licence, Passport or Medicare Card
- – NOT bankrupt or in a debt agreement
- – Your sole source of income is NOT Centrelink
- All persons subject to suitability assessment
You can borrow any amount from $2,001 to $30,000. The maximum you can borrow if you are aged 18-21 years is $5,000. Subject to suitability and your requirements and objectives.

The interest rates applicable to your payment plan will depend on our credit assessment of your application and range from 11.99% p.a. (comparison rate*: 13.51% p.a.) to 21.99% p.a. (comparison rate*: 23.53% p.a.) subject to change.
*Comparison rates are based on a $30,000 unsecured loan over 5 years.

This amount is added to your loan amount so that you do not have to pay this upfront. The loan amount includes the loan approval fee.

Once you have submitted your application we will get back to you with a decision within 60 minutes. Subject to having all the required information and during NSW normal business hours. If conditionally approved we will still need to verify your income by requesting a copy of 90 days of your most recent bank statements. This is all done online within seconds with our trusted partner bankstatements.com.au.
Final approval is subject to MediPay’s lending criteria and supplying satisfactory supporting documents.
Once you have been approved you have 90 days to tell us who to pay.
You can request a payment to be made at any time by logging into your account. Click on the link below for detailed instructions
Payment Request are processed at the end of each week (prior to 2pm on the Friday – Sydney time) with the funds generally received by your medical or dental service provider the following Tuesday.
For example if you submit a Payment Request on a Wednesday funds will generally be received by your practitioner on the following Tuesday.

In the event the funds are required to be paid urgently please email email@example.com or call 1 800 810 950 and we can usually accommodate urgent payments with funds generally received by your medical or dental service provider within 24 to 48 hours.
The reference on the payment received by the medical or dental service provider will include your surname.

If it is a joint bank account please ensure it is signed by all account holders. Once complete scan (or take a photo with your smartphone) and email the signed Form to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow a minimum of 5 days for us to process the change. We will email you to confirm the change has been made.
